EMDR-Informed Therapy
Process trauma memories and relieve distress
EMDR-informed therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) supports the brain’s natural healing process by helping you reprocess distressing memories and shift how they are stored in the body and mind. It can be especially effective for trauma, PTSD, and emotional overwhelm.
How Emotionally Focused Therapy works
EFT guides couples and partners to step out of protective patterns and move toward each other with greater vulnerability and trust. By creating space for authentic emotional expression (often the more vulnerable feelings underneath the reactivity), partners begin to feel safer, more seen, and more connected.
This process helps couples form more secure bonds, communicate with compassion, and respond to each other’s needs with care and presence.
