Additional Information
-
We offer appointments outside of office hours, which incur a $20 after-hours surcharge. The surcharge applies to appointments booked from 5pm or later on weekdays.
-
To ensure we provide the best service and accommodate all clients, we have fees for cancellations and missed appointments. To avoid these fees, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made with 48-24 hours’ notice: Half the session fee applies.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays): Full session fee applies.
Cancellations fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Please note cancellation fees are only billed if an appointment is unable to be filled with another client appointment.
We will send you an SMS reminder for your appointments 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

Our fees vary depending on the type of service and the individual counsellor you see. For each counsellor’s specific fee, please visit our Meet Our Counsellors page.
Understanding Medicare Rebates
While we do not provide Medicare rebates under Mental Health Care Plans, many clients choose private therapy because it allows for greater flexibility, continuity, and depth in the therapeutic process.
Our work often focuses on recurring emotional and relational patterns, nervous system responses, and longer-standing experiences that may benefit from ongoing therapy beyond short-term symptom management.
Private therapy also allows sessions to be tailored more closely to your needs, without the limitations often associated with rebate-based models of care.
Some clients may still be able to access rebates through their private health insurance provider, depending on their level of cover.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you feel ready to begin, you can book a session below.
