Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Come home to the present moment

Mindfulness-based therapy helps you slow down and connect with what’s happening right now, in this present moment, with curiosity rather than judgement.

It builds awareness, presence, and emotional regulation over time.

How Mindfulness works

You don’t need to be into meditation to benefit from Mindfulness. Mindfulness therapy is about learning to gently notice and respond to your present moment experience with more compassion and clarity, especially when things feel overwhelming or stuck.

Mindfulness can support you if you:

  • Struggle with anxious thoughts or rumination

  • Want to feel more grounded and less reactive

  • Experience emotional overwhelm or numbness

  • Are healing from trauma or chronic stress

  • Are looking to build a deeper connection with yourself

Mindfulness is integrated in a way that fits your needs. This might be through a guided practice, or noticing how emotions show up in the body.
